No contract will exists between Fergie MacDonald and for the sale by him to you of any product/material unless and until Fergie MacDonald accepts your order by e-mail confirming that your order/product has dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Fergie MacDonald sends notification in writing including e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and you and Fergie MacDonald irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scotish Courts.

Defective items:
We endeavour to make sure the product you ordered arrives in perfect condition. If however you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.
Please note: we can only accept returned items opened if they are faulty.
We cannot exchange items unless they are damaged, defective or you have received the incorrect title.
